Donna - Santos Ramirez, 78, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2022 at his residence in Donna, TX.  Funeral arrangements are under the care of Hawkins Funeral Home in Donna.

Santos Ramírez, age 78, of Donna, Texas passed away peacefully on Friday, December 16, 2022 surrounded by his loving wife of 52 years and his 5 children while at home. Santos was born on November 2, 1944 and is now reunited with his sisters Dominga Soto, Pauline Torres and parents, Margarito & Lydia Ramirez of Donna.
Santos was a Veteran of the U.S Air Force. He was a Sgt. with the 413rd Bomb Wing. Santos was an active church member who played his guitar at funerals and rosaries and participated in prayer groups. He enjoyed listening to Tejano music and visiting with others. Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Clodin Ramirez; children: Laura Ramirez Villarreal, Santos Ramirez Jr., Christina Ramirez, Monica (Hector) Guerrero and Alicia Ramirez. He has 11 grandchildren and 5 great grand children and one on the way. He is survived by his 2 brothers Eligió Ramirez and Ramiro Ramirez of Donna.
