Rudy was born December 1, 1959, to David Fuentes Sr. and Carlotta Fuentes.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, 2 brothers: Ruben Fuentes and Eddie Fuentes and 1 sister: Gilda Barron.

Rudy is survived by his wife Rebecca Mireles-Fuentes. His children: Maria C. Fischer (Christopher Fischer), Christina I. Fuentes (Raymond Miller), Jeannie Leeann Williams, Anna M. Mireles (Alejandro Yanez), Elizabeth M. Dominguez (Juan C. Dominguez), Hector G. Mireles, Jr. (Eva Mireles), Rebecca Mireles, Avelino G. Mireles (Noemi Jasso) and Nehemias Mireles. His 2 brothers: David Fuentes, Jr. (Elizabeth Fuentes) and Raul Fuentes (Grace Fuentes). And he is also survived by his grandchildren: Trinity L. Fischer, Johnathan C. Fischer, Carlos Miller, Emilio Miller, Kamor H. Fuller, Legend L. Williams, Audrey A. Yanez, Adam A. Yanez, Kaitlyn R. Mireles, Damien M. Mireles, Kaylah G. Dominguez, Miranda G. Dominguez, Isabella M. Mireles, Alaina M. Mireles and Arielle M. Mireles.

Rudy will be missed by his family and friends but never forgotten.
