​Donna - Rey David Campos Castillo passed away at the age of 71 on Friday, July 24, 2020.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Hawkins Funeral Home in Donna.

Donna, Texas - Rey David Castillo, 71, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 24, 2020.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Carlota Campos, his father, Manuel Castillo, and his (1st) wife Nancy Castillo.
Rey David Castillo is survived by his (2nd) wife Raquel Montez, by his children: Alex Castillo(Michele), Sandra Espinoza(Steve), David Castillo(Becky), by his step children: Felipe Ramirez, and Florinda Esquivel(Andy).
Rey David Castillo is survived by his siblings: Martha Lopez, Juan Castillo, Alfredo Castillo, Jose Angel Castillo, Manuel Castillo Jr., Maria Elena Rodriquez, Graciela Gonzalez,  Apolinar Castillo, Guadalupe Castillo, Abel Castillo, Dora Elia Gonzalez, Elizandro Castillo, and Raul Castillo.
He is survived by 7 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
He will be remembered as a humble man, hardworking (city of Donna Irrigation, Knapp Medical Center), an avid Fisherman, a great singer, a great storyteller, his great spiritual advice, and his Big warm Heart. He will be missed by Many.
