Raymundo Sanchez

Donna - Mr. Raymundo Sanchez, 65, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 6, 2020. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Hawkins Funeral Home of Donna.

Mr. Sanchez is preceded in death by his mother: Simona Vasquez;  his son: Edmundo Sanchez; his brother: Alberto Sanchez and his grandchild: Ramon Briseno Jr..

Mr. Raymundo Sanchez is survived by his wife: Maria Sanchez, his children: Armando Sanchez, Hector Sanchez and Ana Sanchez.  He is also survived by his dad: Alejandrino Sanchez; his siblings: Alfredo Sanchez, Epifanio Sanchez and Elijio Sanchez; 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Raymundo married the love of his life Maria Sanchez.  They have been married for over 44 years and during their marriage they had 4 wonderful children.  All his life he worked out in the fields to provide for his family.

He was a man that loved his children but once his grandchildren were born they took over his heart.  Raymundo spent his time teaching his grandchildren everything he knew always wanting to teach and show them how to do things for that one day that he was no longer with them.

Raymundo will be remembered as a man that enjoyed having family gatherings and always inviting people to go over as he listened to corridor.  His ultimate favorite was Las Jiguerillas.

Raymundo will be missed by his family and his friends...he was a man that many misunderstood his way of being but those that took the time to get to know him and didn't take everything serious know that he had a Great Heart.
