Gail Ann (Motylewski) Dale

Weslaco- Gail Ann Dale, 83, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Hawkins Funeral Home  in Weslaco.

Gail A. Dale, née Motylewski (83), of Bloomington, Minnesota passed away on March 31, 2025, near her winter home in Weslaco, Texas.

She was born in Arizona to Leo and Ardell Motylewski. Gail graduated from West High School in Minneapolis, MN.  Gail married her lifelong partner David Dale in Minneapolis in 1968. She worked at Control Data as an assembler until she retired.

Gail was fond of fishing. She also delighted in zipping around on a snowmobile. She liked walking, doing various puzzles, and enjoyed several soap operas in her later years. Country music shows were a high point for her when in Texas.

Gail is preceded in death by her parents and nephew Scott Tuma, and is survived by David, her sister Charyl Junker (Tom), and nieces Penatete and Kris Junker, sisters-in-law Shirley Tuma and Sue Busch (Dan), nephew Tim Stidger, niece Linda Tuma and extended family around the country.

A private memorial service will be held.
