Dolores Salinas

             Dolores Salinas "Vita" was a lifelong resident of Donna, Texas. She was born June 25, 1946, she entered eternal rest on April 21, 2021. She is proceeded in death by her parents, +Alonzo Salinas Sr. and +Maria Luisa Doria Salinas, and siblings, +Jose Alonzo Salinas Jr. and +Alicia Salinas Ochoa. 

             She is survived by her husband, Abel Martinez,  siblings, Daniel Salinas, Glendelia Hernandez, Guadalupe Quintanilla, Robert Salinas, Esteban Salinas, Mary Helen Salinas, Gilberto Salinas, and Rene Salinas along with numerous nieces and nephews. Dolores was a elementary educator for Donna ISD for over 40 years, she was dedicated to her students and always went above and beyond making sure each of their needs were met. Vita was a mother hen to all her younger siblings and cared for nieces and nephews as well.
