Amalia S. Longoria

Donna - Amalia S. Longoria passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at the age of 87.  Funeral arrangements are under the care of Hawkins Funeral Home in Donna.

September 29, 2022, Amalia Longoria took her final breath, surrounded by her loved ones. The sun rose and the world welcomed Amalia on September 12, 1935, a day the world became a little brighter. Amalia lived a full and warm life, filled with joy. She will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

Amalia is survived by her sons Elias Longoria Jr (Maria Elena),  Jose Manuel Longoria (Martha), Ruben Longoria (Guadalupe),  Joel Longoria (Irma), Raul Longoria (Hortenca) and her daughters Martina Vera (Martin Vera), Gloria Torres (Ruben Torres), Elva Guerrero (Gilbert Guerrero), Maria Elena Longoria, and Sylvia Muratalla. Amalia and her husband were blessed with 31 grandchildren, 61 great grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.

Amalia was predeceased by her husband, Elias Longoria.
