Monte Alto, TX - Juan G. Garcia, 70, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco, TX.

He was born on April 16, 1953 in Mercedes, TX; son of Jesus G. and Evangelina Garcia.

Juan G. Garcia worked for regional nursing services and R and A real estate investments as a service technician in Weslaco for 10 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Cecilia Mireles Garcia.

He is survived by his daughters: Veronica Blevins Garcia and Loruhama Garcia; his brothers: Rene Garcia, Jesus Garcia, Ricardo Garcia, Eduardo Garcia and Armando Garcia, and his sisters: Herminia Gonzalez, Estela Fernandez, and Rebecca Tristan; and his two grandchildren: Alexander A. Pittman and Kayleigh S. Blevins Garcia.

Visitation services will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024 from 11:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. at Hawkins Funeral Home in Weslaco, TX.  Interment will follow on Friday April 12, 2024 at 11:00a.m. at the Hyland Memorial Park in Weslaco, TX.
